    The goal is to graduate women from the program, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to be completely self-sufficient in the gym and set for life.

  • The Coaching Membership includes;

    • Sequential access to a complete, progressive training plan featuring 24 structured programs designed to help you build strength and consistency over time

    • Direct access to coaching support, 7 days a week

    • Weekly live group coaching sessions to keep you motivated, accountable, and connected

    • Step-by-step video tutorials and workout demonstrations to ensure you train with confidence and proper form

    • A growing library of self-guided learning modules, covering topics like sleep, stress management, mindset, and postural restoration
