Coaching Membership

For women ready to commit to structured learning and strength training with feedback and guidance of an knowledgeable coach and a supportive community.

  • This program is ideal for you if you are new to lifting, or if you have prior experience but haven’t achieved your desired results, or struggle with long-term consistency.

    The goal is to graduate women from the program, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to be completely self-sufficient in the gym and set for life.

  • The Coaching Membership includes;

    • Sequential access to a complete, progressive training plan featuring 24 structured programs designed to help you build strength and consistency over time

    • Direct access to coaching support, 7 days a week

    • Weekly live group coaching sessions to keep you motivated, accountable, and connected

    • Step-by-step video tutorials and workout demonstrations to ensure you train with confidence and proper form

    • A growing library of self-guided learning modules, covering topics like sleep, stress management, mindset, and postural restoration

    • Exclusive member discounts on private online coaching with Tina

  • Within 8 weeks, participants often see improvements in posture, strength, mind-muscle connection, mood, and sleep.

    Women consistently report better workout adherence compared to past efforts like solo training or fitness classes.

    After 6+ months, many notice visible muscle definition.

    The training programs are specifically designed for members with no prior experience, and having a coach ensures they receive guidance and answers to the common questions and challenges that arise when beginning a new lifting routine.

  • The training program is designed to fit into members' busy schedules, requiring just two 45-minute sessions per week.

    Each Tuesday evening, there is an optional but highly recommended live one-hour coaching session featuring exercise demonstrations, Q&A, and motivational content.

    Members also have on-demand access to a library of practical, bite-sized lessons (5–10 minutes each) that can be completed anytime, anywhere.

  • The membership is available as a subscription, with two options:

    CAD 59.99 per month or

    CAD 599.99 per year

Community Membership

For women who want to connect with others who are exploring the foundational principles of training muscle and strength for long-term health.

  • The WWWM Community Membership is ideal for beginner lifters or those already familiar with structured strength training who are self-motivated and eager to deepen their knowledge of lifting, connect with like-minded women for motivation, engagement, and stay informed about local and online events.

  • Community Access includes;

    • Step-by-step educational content to help members lift smarter for results

    • An 8-week video-guided training program designed to build strength and form from the ground up

    • Expert answers to your most common lifting questions

    • Access to exclusive community events, workshops, and classes

    • Join the conversation in our dynamic chat groups and live streams, where motivation meets connection

  • Community members can expect to build confidence in their lifting approach, knowing the information they receive is expert-vetted and trustworthy.

    Instead of navigating the conflicting and often confusing messages on social media, they’ll find clarity through meaningful, practical, and expert-led discussions within a supportive online community.  

  • Beginners are welcome to jump in and start within the community.

    When you are ready working with a personal trainer or other knowledgeable professional will ensure confidence in the proper use of the training program. This will offer you personalized adjustments, and helps with accountability to stay on track. 

    When you are ready for more, the Coaching Membership may be for you.

  • The training program included with community access requires two 45-minute lifting sessions per week.

    Members can dive into the audio-guided micro-learning resources and connect with fellow members anytime, anywhere, using our convenient mobile app.
