I am an educator. I believe that teaching people how their minds and bodies work empowers them to make meaningful and sustainable lifestyle changes for better health.

I recognize that exercise programs, diets, and meal plans aren’t what people need most; they need the self-confidence, support, and accountability to pursue the habits they know will lead them to better health.

And this is why I designed Women Who Want Muscle, a supportive, science-driven lifting community where women of all backgrounds and experience levels come to grow stronger together.  You will learn how to train effectively with our Foundations Course, build strength with simple routines, and connect with others through meet & greets, events, and shared success stories.

I believe strength is for every woman, and I’m here to help you build it.
