How WWWM has changed the game.

After coaching women in the WWWM program for over 2 years now, one thing is clear: engagement is the biggest driver of success.

Women who consistently progress in strength, body composition, and mindset are those who:

  • Attend or rewatch Tuesday night meetings

  • Submit training logs and videos

  • Use the app to access articles, add-ons, and discussions

  • Interact with others in the community

This isn’t by accident. The WWWM program is built on a three-part formula for lasting results:

  1. Effective training programs

  2. Evidence-based education

  3. A connected, supportive community

When I coached using only training programs, it simply wasn’t enough. Women didn’t stick with it long term. They burned out or plateaued. That’s why this program integrates all three elements—and the more fully you lean into them, the more that formula works for you.

What doesn’t work?
Assuming that paying for a program = progress.

Yes, life is busy. But waiting for the “right time” is just another form of avoidance. In truth, this doesn’t require huge time commitments—just small, consistent actions that build momentum and self-trust.

Start small:

  • Open the app before opening social media

  • Like someone’s check-in

  • Read one 5-minute article

  • Listen to a replay during your next walk

Just like strength training, engagement is built progressively.
Tiny efforts compound—and they’re what help turn a workout plan into a lifelong strength practice.

Even if you think you only need a training program, the subtle mindset shifts that come from being part of this community make a bigger difference than you think. Over time, they shape how you see yourself—and what you believe you’re capable of.

So if you’re in this for the long term: show up. Plug in. Engage.
Tap into the full formula. It works when you work it.

Your future self will thank you.

Hope to see each of you show up more often, and in more ways.

Yours in health, Tina
