These sessions are for you if you are new to strength training and you want to build a solid foundation in proper lifting technique and form.
You will gain the knowledge and confidence to train independently in the gym using a structured, progressive program. You will see every movement demonstrated with a focus on form, technique, and muscle engagement, and you will get personalized feedback and modifications so you can get started on your lifting journey.

Each 2.5-hour session includes a two-day strength training program designed for you to use independently.
You will get a digital copy of the program, complete with video demonstrations for each exercise. The program includes an 8-week progress tracking sheet to help you monitor your development and determine when you're ready to advance.
